This department updates the plans for all the on-going projects and floor plans,forwarding the latest status as well as the customers' extra requests to the relevant departments.
Aswell as preparing and filing all the images for the site & floor plans, the property information is documented, then once it has been confirmed along with the customers’ requests E.g.(interior architectural alterations, b.b.q, fireplace, pool, car park) are followed up and forwarded on to the relevant departments.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We as the Technical Support Department work alongside you meeting your expectations, we are very efficient and consistent in providing you with your requirements.
We provide a consultancy service and as part of this service it is necessary that inspections on-site are carried out during every stage of the construction period. We also ensure that all retouching (if any) are completed by communicating with the project groups. All the work is carried out and then the technical analysis of the buildings are completed.
All findings are followed up with the project group for the official confirmation of completion, only then the key delivery preparations are made.
Alongside this we discuss the possibility of your requests which may require technical knowledge and production. Therefore, we forward them onto the relevant departments so that they are approved. Then they are followed up with necessary inspections.
