According to statistics from Centraal Beher, the largest insurance company in Holland, Turkey is considered one of the most secure countries in comparison with EU countries as the number of thefts and crimes is considerably lower.
Security research of the European Union (EU ICS) published in Brussels proved that Turkey is among the most secure European countries. Total number of crimes in comparison to Turkey is higher in the USA by 41.9 times, in England by 8.4 times, Canada by 4.4 times, Germany 2.2 times, France by 2 times and Italy by 1.7 times
